Cancellation policy

PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscriptions Subscription orders may be cancelled or paused at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after a billing cycle has processed will take effect on the following cycle — no refunds will be issued for the current cycle.

Pre-Orders Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, pre-orders are final.

One-Time Purchases Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and sent to fulfillment. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
